Main Content Anchor

The Attorney-Generals Department has established the family dispute resolution register to provide online information to the public and courts about individuals and organisations who meet requirements under the Act to provide family dispute resolution.

A registered family dispute resolution provider is an individual or organisation who has met the required standards of training, experience and suitability for inclusion on the family dispute resolution register.

All currently registered family dispute resolution providers that have agreed to their details being made available to the public can be going to the website.

All family dispute resolution providers, except for practitioners providing family dispute resolution on behalf of a court, are required to be included on the family dispute resolution register in order to be able to issue valid family dispute resolution certificates for clients to take to court.
