Licence disqualification

This kit can help you if you have been disqualified by a court order from holding or obtaining a Queensland driver licence:

• absolutely; or
• for a period greater than two years.

You must complete at least two years of the disqualification period before you can apply to a court to have the disqualification removed. This kit cannot help you if your licence has been suspended.
