How can I give feedback?
You can make a complaint, compliment or suggestion by downloading, printing and completing our
client feedback form (PDF - 225 KB) and sending it to:

You can also drop your form in to any of our 14 offices around Queensland.
Complaints, compliments and suggestions can also be made by:
- calling 1300 65 11 88 and talking to one of our staff members
- completing our online form
- writing to us at the above address.
Complaints about the following issues must be made in writing:
- Requests for a change of solicitor.
- Complaints about the financial circumstances of another party.
- All family law matters where there are current proceedings.

- For the hearing impaired, a TTY service is available by calling (07) 3238 3023.
- Staff will arrange an interpreter for you if you have difficulties with English.
