Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Legal Service (QLD) Ltd is a non-profit, community based organisation who is the primary legal service provider to Indigenous Queenslanders in areas of criminal, civil and family law.

However, the limited resources of all legal aid service providers makes it necessary for Legal Aid Queensland to be a supplementary service provider to eligible Indigenous people.
