Community Legal Centres - CLC - Give free advice to the community. CLCs also do community legal education and undertake law reform action.

  • Gives advice on family law, simple wills and estates matters, powers of attorney, consumer matters, motor vehicle accidents, civil (excluding personal injuries and employment) neighbour disputes, child protection and financial counselling.
  • Do not give advice on criminal law (except for project on youth criminal law), property law, conveyancing, commercial law and personal injuries.
  • DO NOT help with filling out forms
