Rural and regional Queenslanders can access Legal Aid Queensland's legal advice service by calling 1300 65 11 88. A client information officer will provide you with a range of options about how to access legal advice so you can choose the one which best meets your needs.

A means test does not apply.

Telephone advice may not suitable for all types of legal problems. It is not suitable for complex matters where documentation cannot be sighted, or where a telephone is not a suitable means of communication.
