      You might be asked to:

      • submit a resume
      • provide a written statement
      • complete a questionnaire
    2. Make your resume stand out!

      Highlight why your skills are right for the job. Instead of listing tasks, tell a story about your skills and achievements. E.g. instead of saying you answered phones, talk about your skills and experience in:

      • customer service
      • defusing upset
      • clients problem solving

      Don't forget to include your:

      • phone number
      • email address
      • qualifications
      • two referees
    3. Ask others to proofread and give feedback before you submit!
