Legal Aid Queensland takes the privacy and security of our clients' data and information seriously. We engage external cybersecurity vendors who monitor our servers and infrastructure 24 hours a day, seven days a week, helping us protect client information and respond to threat intelligence. All of our staff undertake regular cybersecurity training and testing to help minimise security risks. We also comply with Queensland privacy laws, including the Information Privacy Principles. We are monitoring the cybersecurity landscape closely following recent data breaches affecting Australian organisations and their clients and will continue to take any necessary steps to protect the information we store.
