Some of their key services are:
Aging Well service – information and support for Deaf and hard of hearing seniors
Lifestyle Support Service - assists adults under the age of 65 with disabilities and who primarily use Auslan to communicate - development of life skills including training and support in social skills
Auslan translation service - this service meets national guidelines and ensures that external services and information can be accessed by the Deaf community, in Auslan.
Education – accredited training, community classes, workshops, Ausland for Families, camps
Hear for Kids – including early childhood development programs
Interpreting (Auslan Connections) - Face to Face Interpreting involves an interpreter attending an appointment in person with the client.

Auslan Connections provide access to Auslan interpreters in after-hours emergency situations, involving police and hospitals, with after-hours services available: 5pm – 9am weekdays, weekends and public holidays: call 0455 068 500.
