State Penalties Enforcement Registry (SPER)

 The State Penalties Enforcement Registry (SPER) is responsible for the collection and enforcement of unpaid fines and penalties, including:
  • infringement notice fines (for offences such as speeding, parking illegally or toll evasion)
  • court-ordered monetary penalties
  • offender debt recovery orders
  • offender levies.

SPER will only be able to assist with inquiries about debts or infringements that have been registered with SPER by the issuing authority.

Payments, enquiries and applications can be made at your nearest magistrates court or QGAP office.
