The State Penalties Enforcement Registry (SPER) is a division of the Office of State Revenue within Queensland Treasury and Trade.

Under the State Penalties Enforcement Act 1999, SPER is responsible for the collection and enforcement of unpaid:

SPER will only be able to assist with inquiries about debts or infringements that have been registered with SPER by the issuing authority.
