Your feedback —complaints, compliments and suggestions—are welcome and we take them seriously.

Giving feedback

You can make a complaint, compliment or suggestion by:

  • completing our online contact form
  • calling 1300 65 11 88 (for the cost of a local call from a landline in Australia) and talking to one of our staff members

Complaints about the following issues must be made in writing:

  • Requests for a change of solicitor.
  • Complaints about the financial circumstances of another party.
  • All family law matters where there are current proceedings.

Please note:

  • Indigenous Queenslanders can call the Indigenous Infoline on 1300 650 143.
  • For the hearing impaired, call us via the National Relay Service: dial 133 677 and ask
    for 1300 651 188.
  • Staff will arrange an interpreter for you if you have difficulties with English.
