Right to Information is the Queensland Government's approach to giving the community greater access to information.
Options for accessing information including our publication scheme and disclosure log (information released)
Personal information we hold falls broadly into the categories of client records, staff records and external service providers
Our disclosure log will be progressively reviewed to determine if details of non-personal information will be released under the Right to Information Act 2009.
Our publication scheme has been developed to give the community greater access to information. It describes and categorises information routinely available from Legal Aid Queensland.
The RTI Act and IP Act provide two levels of review.
