How to access information

The Right to Information (RTI) provides new options for accessing information including our publication scheme and disclosure log (information released).

Some documents are currently only available as PDF. Should you have difficulty accessing this information please email the senior governance officer, who will endeavour to meet any reasonable request for an alternate version of the document without charge.

Applications under both the RTI Act and the IP Act must be made on the approved form. You can submit a RTI and Information Privacy application form.

If the information you request is not related to your personal information, you must pay an application fee of *$53.90. This fee must be paid before your application can be processed. You may also be charged for processing the application and for making copies of documents. More information about any processing or access fees and charges is available from the Queensland Government's Right to Information and Information Privacy website.

* Note: Application fee has increased to $53.90 as at 1 July 2022.

How to amend documents

Under the Information Privacy Act 2009 you may apply for an amendment to a document that contains your personal information, if that document contains information that is inaccurate, incomplete, out of date or misleading.

You can submit an application on the Information Privacy Personal Information Amendment Application form(PDF, 128KB).
