Client Satisfaction Survey: 17 November to 12 December 2025
Every 2 years Legal Aid Queensland (LAQ) conducts a satisfaction survey of a sample of our clients to guide improvements to service delivery. Wallis Social Research (Wallis) and Market & Communications Research (MCR) conduct research for LAQ.
We survey family, civil and criminal law clients to better understand client perceptions of LAQ’s services and to increase our understanding of what drives client satisfaction.
Client confidentiality is paramount. LAQ has provided Wallis and MCR with contact details for a sample of clients and no further information. In conducting this research, Wallis and MCR are bound by a privacy and confidentiality contract.
As independent market research companies, Wallis and MCR are bound by their own industry’s privacy guidelines as well as the Information Privacy Act. All information received and collated in the survey will be kept completely confidential.
