Client satisfaction survey

Legal Aid Queensland is surveying a sample of our clients about their satisfaction with our services to help us improve service delivery.

Wallis Social Research (Wallis) and Market & Communications Research (MCR) are conducting the research on our behalf.

We have given Wallis and MCR contact details for a sample of our clients. We have not provided them with any other information. As independent research companies, Wallis and MCR are bound by a privacy and confidentiality contract, as well as industry privacy guidelines and the Information Privacy Act. All information received in the survey will be kept confidential.
