Duty Lawyer Tender Invitation 2025-2028, Ipswich, Toowoomba and Sandgate
Legal Aid Queensland is pleased to invite tenders from eligible firms to provide criminal law duty lawyer services at the Ipswich, Toowoomba, and Sandgate Magistrates Courts for the period 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2028.

Services are sought from private practitioners who are accredited duty lawyers, hold a current practising certificate, and are:
- a Preferred Supplier of Legal Aid Queensland on the Criminal Law – General sub-panel; or
- a law firm willing to become a Preferred Supplier on the Criminal Law – General sub-panel; or
- a Community Legal Centre that is a member of Community Legal Centres Queensland.

Submissions close at 5pm on Monday, 12 May 2025. All tender bids must be received by this time. Late submissions will not be considered.
