Grants Online will be unavailable 15 – 16 November

Legal Aid Queensland (LAQ) is moving to a new finance system this weekend. Our new system will be live from 9:00am on Monday, 17 November 2025.

To support the transition:

• LAQ’s finance system will be shut down from 3:00pm on Thursday, 13 November 2025 to 9:00am on Monday, 17 November 2025.
• Grants Online will be unavailable between 12:30pm on Saturday, 15 November 2025 and 11:59pm on Sunday, 16 November 2025.
• All invoices received by COB on Tuesday, 11 November 2025 will be certified and paid on Tuesday, 19 November 2025.

What you need to do:

1. Finalise all Grants Online activities and log out of Grants Online before 12:30pm on Saturday, 15 November 2025.
2. Do not attempt to log in to Grants Online during the transition period.

From Monday, 17 November 2025 all emails being sent from the new finance system will have the sender address noreply@legalaid.qld.gov.au.
