Expressions of interest are now open for 2 child protection training events in November - Separate representative training and the Separate representative masterclass.
The 2-day Separate representative training(PDF, 7MB) on 25 and 26 November is for child protection lawyers who want to apply to join our Separate representative panel. The training will cover the role and responsibilities of separate representatives in child protection matters, as well as practical skills to support practitioners in managing their files.
The Separate representative masterclass(PDF, 4MB) on 26 November is open to current separate representatives and experienced child protection practitioners (and is day 2 of the Separate representative training program). The program will include presentations and facilitated panel discussions on key aspects of child protection work from a separate representative’s perspective.
Expressions of interest close at 4 pm on 11 September 2026, and registration confirmations will be emailed on 25 September 2026.
