Aid is approved to represent your client in Legal Aid Queensland's Property Arbitration Program. An Arbitration Pack will issue under a separate cover letter. Funding is provided under the Commonwealth Lawyer-assisted Family Law Property Mediation Trial. This grant of aid allows for: - All work up to and including oral submissions, receipt of arbitration award and explaining award to client - Preparation and lodgement of consent orders in the Court. A waiver of filing fees should be sought. This is a maximum fee grant of aid, claims can be made for actual time spent up to the maximum. Funding for parties in family law matters are subject to a cost cap. Refer to Guideline 18 – Family law costs management. The maximum fee payable on this invoice for disbursements is $50.00.
