An arbitrator has been approved to act as an arbitrator within Legal Aid Queensland's Property Arbitration Program. Funding is to be provided under the Commonwealth Lawyer-assisted Family Law Property Mediation Trial. This is a maximum fee grant of aid. Claims can be made for actual time spent up to the maximum.
