The client has applied for legal aid funding without signing the application form. The application form has been accepted without a signature from the client due to the urgency of the matter and the client's special circumstances. The grant of legal assistance has been approved on the condition the client provides a signed copy of the application form to Legal Aid as soon as practicable. A Legal Aid application form has been attached to the client's approval letter for signing with a reply paid envelope. If the client sends the signed application form to you, please forward this to our office.
