Aid is approved following release of an arbitral award for review or clarification of the award by the arbitrator pursuant to the slip rule provisions of the Property Arbitration Program. This is a maximum fee grant of aid, claims can be made for actual time spent up to the maximum. Funding for parties in family law matters are subject to a cost cap. Refer to Guideline 18 – Family law costs management. The maximum fee payable on this invoice for disbursements is $50.00.
