Aid approved for payment of a cancellation fee to a psychologist for time set aside for interviews for the preparation of a report. The fees payable on this grant are limited to $137.00 in accordance with the attached proforma account. (PY11)
Where additional hours are requested (in excess of one hour), the request should be refused in the first instance. If a request for review of a cancellation/non-attendance fee is received, this request should be treated as a disputed account and referred to a Senior Grants Officer for final consideration.
