Your clients grant of aid has been terminated as they have not complied with the condition of legal aid that they contact their solicitor within 21 days of aid being approved and/or maintain contact with their solicitor.

Client clause wording

Every grant of aid has conditions. These were provided in the letter we sent to you when legal aid was approved. One of those conditions is that you must contact your solicitor with 21 days of aid being approved and maintain contact with your solicitor. This office has been advised that you have not complied with these conditions. Your grant of legal assistance has been terminated.
