Client clause wording
The Civil Law Legal Aid Scheme is an outlays only scheme. The scheme does not cover legal professional fees and lawyers must agree to act on a speculative or ‘no win, no fee’ basis. The scheme has a panel of approved legal practices who have indicated a willingness to speculate their professional fees. Your application has been refused because you are not represented by a legal practice willing to speculate their professional fees and/or the legal practice is not approved to do work for the Civil Law Legal Aid Scheme.
