Your request for additional standard preparation within stage 1 has been refused as it does not appear that the criteria have been met. Additional standard preparation is only available within this stage where: - An accredited interpreter has been engaged, or - Three or more parties (excluding the Separate Representative) are involved, or - Three or more children are involved in the proceedings, or - The practitioner is required to prepare for a contested court assessment order hearing, or - The solicitor is representing a party with impaired capacity who is being represented by the Office of the Public Guardian.
