Due to the limited funding Legal Aid Queensland has for Commonwealth family law matters, a grant of legal assistance is only available for 1 application for a protected confidences direction before trial directions are issued, and 1 after trial directions have been issued.
A grant of legal assistance has already been provided to make an application for a protected confidences direction within your current funding stage, and there are no exceptional circumstances.
