The Commonwealth Family Violence and Cross-Examination Scheme has limited resources available to fund representation for cross-examination at hearing in a family law mater. Funding is currently not available within this scheme. We have advised the courts that there is no funding currently available to fund your application. This is not a reviewable decision.
