Solicitor clause wording
Your request for additional standard preparation has been refused as it does not appear that you meet the criteria. Additional standard preparation is only available where the trial has been listed for:
- 1 or 2 days and an accredited interpreter has been engaged or three or more parties (excluding the ICL) are involved, or
- 3 or more days.
