Solicitor Advocate to represent client before the Children's Court of Queensland on trial (Day 1). The maximum costs payable on this grant are limited (including agent's fees) in accordance with the attached proforma invoice. Should transcripts be required, obtain certificate from Trial Judge for provision of same. Fees payable are for work done up to the maximum costs figure. Reasonable outlays will be paid. The maximum fee payable on this invoice for disbursements is $100.00.
