Funding for parties in family law matters are subject to a cost cap. Refer to Guideline 18 – Family law costs management. The maximum fee payable on this invoice for disbursements is $50.00.
Aid is approved for your solicitor to represent you at a rehearing proceeding in the Social Security Appeals Tribunal.
