Additional funding has been granted from the Cross-Examination Scheme for additional standard preparation for a trial (listed for 3 or 4 days) for solicitor and counsel in the Family Law Courts.
This grant of aid is in addition to the trial preparation grant already provided and covers all work required to prepare for the trial.
This is a maximum fee grant of aid. Claims can be made for actual time spent up to the maximum.
