Legal aid has been granted for you to instruct counsel in the Magistrates Court for summary trial where a protected witness will be cross-examined. This grant of aid allows you to instruct counsel at a summary hearing (Day 1) If the matter is proceeding for a further day, an extension should be sought through Grants Online. This is a maximum fee grant of aid and claims can be made by counsel on the attached proforma invoice.
