Prepare for / take instructions (if required) / appear before the Mental Health Review Tribunal (Solicitor only) under the Access and Equity Pilot. This is a maximum service order fee. Claims can be made up to the maximum fees (3 hours preparation, 2 hours conference/negotiation, 2 hours appearance) in accordance with the attached proforma account. Practitioners can only claim for the work completed up to the maximum. (PMH1)
