Your application for assistance under the Access and Equity Pilot (MHRT) has been unsuccessful. The Access and Equity Pilot (MHRT) has limited resources available to fund representation at the Mental Health Review Tribunal or the Mental Health Court. Funding is currently not available within the Pilot. We have advised the Mental Health Review Tribunal that there is no funding currently available to fund your matter. This is not a reviewable decision.
