Legal aid has been granted for an additional $$ hours preparation for a trial listed for 7 or more days for counsel. This grant of aid is in addition to the trial preparation grant already provided and covers all additional work required to prepare for the trial.

Explanatory Notes

Counsel preparation
Counsel is entitled to the full amount of the preparation for trial grant if the brief was delivered to and accepted by counsel and preparation for trial was conducted.
