Legal aid has been granted for the Independent Children’s Lawyers to file or respond to an application for a protected confidences direction. This grant of legal assistance includes: - Communication and negotiation with the other parties - Preparing: - the application or response to an application for a protected confidences direction - any affidavit or other supporting material - any notice of risk of child abuse - for court attendance - Peruse material filed by the other party - Filing documents - Attendance at court This is an all work on clause grant of aid and covers all work required. Claims can be made up to the maximum fee.
